What your visit can include
- Demonstration and education using your already prescribed equipment
- Mask positioning and practical comfort guidance, where appropriate
- Humidifier, cleaning and routine maintenance education
- Questions from patients, family members or caregivers
Our role is non-clinical: we do not diagnose, prescribe, change therapy pressures or settings, or interpret diagnostic data. Clinical concerns are referred to your treating clinician or equipment provider.

Living overseas, far from our London home-visit service? Virtual CPAP and BiPAP equipment education is available to patients overseas by arrangement, subject to suitability, availability and local requirements. Ask about setup, mask positioning, cleaning and everyday equipment use. The same non-clinical boundaries apply.
